Advertiser's Terms and Conditions

By advertising on TheDentistSearch, you acknowledge and agree to all of the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any of the terms or conditions, please do not sign up for our services.

Payment and Cancellation
The advertising contract term begins on the day the information is first publicly posted to the directory and will run for either a period of six or twelve months depending on advertiser’s selection. It may take several days after submitting a dental listing before it appears on the directory. In the case of dental industry vendor advertisements, it may take several weeks before the advertisement is added. However, the contract period does not begin until this information is publicly available on the directory. At the end of this contract period, the listing will be automatically renewed using the credit card on file. Please see more details in the “Renewal” section below.

TheDentistSearch will provide pricing for services on our website. Prices may change at any time, but will not increase for a paid advertiser within the six or twelve month contract period.

After filling out the initial application, advertisers will be directed to PayPal to make payment. Advertisers can choose to pay by check as well by filling out and submitting the application online and then mailing a check. All fees paid are nonrefundable within the initial contract period.

Renewal
Dental industry vendor advertisers and dental practices with a paid listing will be sent an email reminder several weeks before the renewal date. Dentist office listings and paid advertisements will renew automatically on the contract end date at the then-current subscription price unless we have received cancellation notice by email, fax, telephone call or letter. Cancellation requests must be received at least seven days prior to the renewal date to avoid being charged. If during the renewal period an advertiser or dental office wishes to cancel the advertisement or listing, a pro-rated refund will be returned.

Conditions for Use
Advertiser may not post any content that is illegal, is protected by copyright or trademark, contains questionable or explicit material, or slanders another company or health care provider. All content will be screened by TheDentistSearch and may be edited for grammar, spelling, veracity, and optimization.

Warranties/Limitations of Liability/Indemnification
TheDentistSearch strives to provide the most accurate information possible, but cannot be held liable for any errors, failures, or omissions within the directory. Advertiser acknowledges that the service is provided “as is” and uses these services at the advertiser’s own risk. While we aim to provide a secure site, TheDentistSearch and its affiliates cannot be held responsible for loss of business, security breaches, computer damage due to a virus transmitted from the directory, or an interruption in service.

TheDentistSearch makes no guarantees express or implied about the amount of traffic an advertiser’s listing or ad will attract. TheDentistSearch owner makes no warranties, representations, statements or guarantees (whether express, implied in law or residual) regarding the website.

TheDentistSearch and its affiliates cannot be held liable to advertiser or any other third party for any alleged damage, whether direct or indirect, which occurred as a result of using our services. TheDentistSearch assumes no liability for unauthorized copying of content contained on this site.

Advertiser agrees to release TheDentistSearch and its affiliates from claims, demands, and damages of any and every kind which may result from the advertiser’s use of this site.

Choice of Venue & Forum
Use of this website shall in all respects be governed by the laws of the state of Missouri, U.S., regardless of the laws that might be applicable under principles of conflicts of law. The parties agree that the Missouri courts located in St. Charles County, Missouri, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all controversies arising under this agreement and agree that venue is proper in those courts.
